Teaching Artist
Lauren is an NYC based actor, writer, singer, and book lover who is thrilled to be joining the Treasure Trunk team. She is currently in her final year of study at New York University, pursuing a degree in Drama and a minor in Irish Studies (niche, I know!) Originally from sunny Los Angeles, she has been teaching kids since she was essentially one herself, helping her mom run classes and camps at her art studio. She thanks her mom for being an incredible teaching role model and carries her attitude of kindness and patience with her into every interaction. Lauren is very passionate about making all kids feel welcome and cared for, as well as inspired to explore their individual voices and creative capacities. She is constantly in awe of the imaginative forces of children and can’t wait to work with some beautiful storytellers this summer!
