Teaching Artist
Lauren is overjoyed to be joining the Treasure Trunk family!! She is an NYC based teaching artist, singer, actor, and writer. She recently moved to Brooklyn from Dallas, Texas, but she has been working as a children’s theatre professional all over the country. Most recently she worked with Hope Musical Theatre in San Francisco, CA, and Creative Arts Camp with Prestonwood Summers in Plano, TX! She graduated from Baylor University with a BFA in Theatre Performance, concentration in Musical Theatre. She has been performing professionally since she was 6 years old, from the Historic Savannah Theatre in Savannah, GA, to the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN. Lauren has loved working in children’s theatre for the past 8 years, and is so excited for the opportunity to continue to do so here at Treasure Trunk!
